1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the access to and use of the ZX17 digital platform, its software algorithms, interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, the User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

  • User: Any individual or entity using the Platform.
  • Account: The personal workspace of the User on the Platform.
  • Digital Assets: Cryptographic units of value (USDT or other supported stablecoins).
  • Arbitrage Trading: The process of capturing price discrepancies across sports betting exchanges and liquidity providers.
  • Strategy/Plan: Pre-defined algorithms (Retail, Arbitrage, Market Maker) with specific yield parameters.

3. Eligibility & Registration

The User confirms they have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and have full legal capacity to use the Platform. Registration is conducted via email and/or Telegram ID. The Company is an international decentralized team. Service is provided remotely; no physical office is maintained for public visits.

4. Platform Mechanics & Financial Terms

  • Deposits: All operations are conducted in Digital Assets (USDT). The minimum deposit is $50.
  • Lock-up Period: The principal amount (deposit body) is locked for a period of 90 days.
  • Withdrawal of Principal: The principal becomes available for withdrawal only after the 90-day cycle is complete. Early withdrawal of the deposit body is not provided by the algorithm.
  • Profit Accruals: Profits are calculated and credited daily (except Mondays) based on the active Strategy.
  • Processing Time: Withdrawals of available profit are processed within 72 hours.

5. Partner Program

ZX17 provides a 3-level referral system based on the turnover of the User's network (1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines). Participation is voluntary. The Company reserves the right to audit affiliate activity to prevent system abuse.

6. Risk Disclosure (Disclaimer)

No Investment Advice: Content on the Platform is for informational purposes only. ZX17 does not provide financial or legal advice.

Capital Risk: The User acknowledges that interaction with digital assets and sports markets involves technical risks. While the arbitrage model is mathematically sound, the User assumes the risk of potential loss due to third-party exchange failures or network instabilities.

No Guarantees: Past performance of the ZX17 algorithms does not guarantee identical future results. Daily yields are floating.

Blockchain Responsibility: The Company is not responsible for errors made by the User during transactions (e.g., sending funds to the wrong address or choosing the wrong network).

7. Intellectual Property

All software code, arbitrage algorithms, UI/UX designs, and the "ZX17" brand are the exclusive property of the ZX17 International Team.

8. Amendments

The Company may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Platform's functionality. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
