1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ZX17 platform, website, applications, services, and related infrastructure (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• User – Any individual or entity using the Platform.
• Account – A registered user profile within the Platform.
• Digital Assets – Cryptographic assets supported by the Platform, including stablecoins and other approved cryptocurrencies.
• Platform – The ZX17 website, applications, services, software, and supporting infrastructure.
• Partner Program – The referral and network-based reward system offered by ZX17.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

By registering an account, the User confirms that they have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

ZX17 provides services exclusively through digital channels and online infrastructure.

4. Account Registration

Registration may require:

• Email address
• Username
• Password
• Telegram account (optional)

The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

The User must immediately notify ZX17 of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

5. Platform Operations

The Platform provides access to sports market trading strategies and related services.

Platform features may include:

• Account management
• Deposit and withdrawal functionality
• Performance monitoring
• Partner program participation
• Transaction history
• Security notifications

ZX17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features at any time.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted in supported digital assets.

Minimum deposit requirements, processing times, and operational rules are displayed within the Platform.

Withdrawal requests are subject to internal security checks and processing procedures.

Withdrawal Network Restrictions: For compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) purposes, withdrawals are only permitted to the digital asset networks previously used by the User to deposit funds into their account. If a User has deposited via multiple networks, withdrawals to any of those networks are permitted. If a User's balance was credited manually by a Platform administrator (without a corresponding deposit transaction), withdrawals to any supported network are permitted.

ZX17 reserves the right to delay, reject, or request additional verification when suspicious activity is detected.

7. Partner Program

Participation in the Partner Program is voluntary.

Partner rewards are calculated according to the current compensation structure published within the Platform.

ZX17 reserves the right to audit, suspend, or terminate partner accounts involved in abuse, fraud, spam, or manipulation.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, algorithms, branding, designs, content, and intellectual property are owned by ZX17 or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZX17 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.

The User agrees that use of the Platform is at their own risk.

11. Amendments

ZX17 may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
